The Innovation Center of Vermont is a high-tech office park development by Gilbane Development Company of Providence, Rhode Island, and is ideally located on Lakeside Avenue, approximately one mile south of downtown Burlington. Formerly known as the Queen City Cotton Mill, this historic 21-acre brownfield industrial site has been redeveloped to retain much of the original character and charm, while updating infrastructure and site conditions to modern standards. General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products occupies most of the complex for its Administrative and Engineering Groups.  The remaining space has been  completely overhauled to support state-of-the-art office flex space use.

The Innovation Center of Vermont strives to provide a unique environment for employees who, daily, call it home.  The Innovation Center creates a "sense of place," with newly landscaped grounds with easy access to the Burlington bike path, a wellness center and full-service cafe designed to enhance employees' quality of life.
